​What an incredible day for the Flint community! We are still buzzing from the energy of our Free Community Wellness Day held on February 28th location at New Jerusalem Gym | 1035 E Carpenter Rd, Flint, MI 48505

​Hosted by Men Motivating Men and Sisters Supporting Sisters Worldwide, this event was all about collective healing, growth, and connection. Here is a look at how we leveled up together:

​300+ Attendees: From families and creatives to local leaders, the gym was filled with positive vibes.

Special Appearance by Sherriff Swanson who won a Mental Health Hero Award
