A Heartfelt Thank You: Our Thanksgiving Community Feast

Together, we shared more than just a meal—we shared a moment of true unity.

This past Thanksgiving, the Berston Field House was filled with the sights, sounds, and delicious aromas of a community coming together. Our 5th Annual "Come Eat & Give Thanks" Full Course Thanksgiving Community Dinner event was a resounding success, and it’s all thanks to the incredible spirit of Flint.

By the Numbers

400+ Full Course Meals Served: We met our goal and then some, ensuring that everyone who joined us left with a full stomach and a warm heart.

0 Seats Left Empty: From those without local family to neighbors just looking to connect, we truly ate as "One Big Family."

A Community Effort

This event wouldn't have been possible without the overwhelming support of our sponsors and volunteers. Whether you donated via Cash App, provided professional services, or spent your holiday serving turkey and mashed potatoes, you made this happen.

Special thanks to our partners who helped make the day special:

The Music: A huge shoutout to #DJJAYBIG for keeping the energy high and the vibes positive all afternoon.

The Venue: Thank you to the historic Berston Field House for providing the perfect space for our gathering.

Our Sponsors: From local staples like Dort Financial and Goyette Mechanical to our friends at Community Foundation & Smok Cannibus your contributions provided a literal feast for our city.

Looking Ahead

Our mission to "Bring Back Unity in the Flint Community" doesn't end when the table is cleared. The success of this meal proves that when we look out for one another, we can accomplish incredible things.

"To see over 400 people sitting together, sharing a meal regardless of their circumstances—that is what Thanksgiving is truly about."
